Default EFI Question

For those running efi, does cutting the battery power (negative terminal) affect any tuning the system has already stored/saved? I was wondering if winter storing of the car would negatively affect the efi system in any way.

Disconnecting the battery is no problem. Tunes are stored in non-volatile memory (flash memory).
