The one lug wrench one up from the bottom is original, as is the jack hold down spring, four up from the bottom. The jack is similar to the original jack, but it's not an OEM Corvette jack. The lug wrench at the bottom, and the ratchet three up from the bottom, both look like late model GM pick up items, and I think the jack may be too. I don't know what the two brackets at the top are, but they're not Corvette parts.

Just a wild guess, but could the top 2 brackets be wheel chocks?

Yes, they are wheel chocks. Literally for emergency use only. I picked up a set I found at a salvage yard thinking they might come in handy at an autocross. I lent them to a friend to use while changing the tires on his Miata. When he was done he drove off (right over them) and they flattened right out.
