73 corvette exhaust manifold bolts with small bracket?

Default 73 corvette exhaust manifold bolts with small bracket?


What is this bracket for, I have only two on each side .
73 350 with AC

this is to hold the wing shaped screw for the ignition shielding, 4 pcs total

Holds these shields. One on each manifold.

Thanks DUB, I've done a half dozen restorations over the years, and the engine and engine compartment details are my most favorite thing to do.

Thanks for the help. I am slowly trying to put this car back to 100% original a with help form my kids. so i might ask you few more question if they come up.
