Hi Pat,
No they weren't.
I believe all the tires available during 1968-1972 production were of nylon cord construction.
Also, they were all F70-15 in size.

I believe if they were the raised white letter Goodyears, then they said "Goodyear" on one side and "Wide Tread F70-15" on the other. The Poly Glass was more upscale.
