Did you do this modification before the johnnie joint version came on the market (like Van Steel's version) or did you use your skills to create it using your own TAs?
And did you do your own rear alignment or take that to a shop? I have Van Steel's version and was wondering how difficult getting that part (shimming the TA front bearing joint) was to do. Txs
Really nice work, either way......

I built my own frame jig in the driveway when I welded the 14 point cage in... I do my own alignments... i used stainless shim packs and an R clip and can quickly adjust track, camber and toe... Ive had to make a slight track, toe and camber adjustment after my first autocross outing many moons ago.. i have Viking DA aluminum body shocks on the rear and they are spectacular. Dick G (RIP) built me a shortened rear spring for my car's set up and It was well worth the couple hundred bucks he charged just to get his expertise. I've got a couple of WARM lap sessions around the long track at Watkins glen and the GPS was saying 158 down the front straight in fifth.. and the tracking and breaking at that speed is good... LOL my old 1984 1100 Yamaha superbike would only muster 140-145 when we ran there in 84-85 with WERA..
