Default MN Friends - Helping Hands for Engine Drop-in?

Hey guys, I just got my engine back from the machine shop with the bottom end rebuilt and I need to get it back in the '68. Normally I'd take my sweet time with it and do it myself like I have in the past, but my wife and I are moving at the end of the month so everything is on a compressed time table. Any of you Twin Cities guys interested in lending helping eyes and hands this coming Sunday (15th) to make the process a little easier?

I can promise BBQ pork and beer.

Sounds like a fun way to spend a Sunday. A little off the beaten track for me, but I'll bump you back up and hopefully someone can help you out. Good luck with the car and the move.

Where are you located? I have commitments early in the morning and late in the afternoon, but could probably help out for a few hours somewhere in between. What time were you thinking?

I'm in Champlin, off 109th and Noble. I figured I'd get started around 10am. I think alone it's been about a 6 hour job, but with help shouldn't be more than 2-3. Everything is going right back to where it came from 6 months ago so it should go quickly.

That will work pretty good. I'm in Maple Grove, near I-494 and Bass Lake Rd, so you're close. I'll be home from my early morning thing about 10:00 and could head over then. How about you PM me your address and a contact phone number?

Send me a PM with address and time and I'll do my best to make.
