I've got a set of these storage compartment door "springs" that I bought and never got to work the way I wanted them to. Listed for 68-78E which I guess means the 3 door storage compartments
Also a used center gauge cluster lens
Yeah it's got some light marks but hey....it's free
More to come

I can't find these in my AIM. Are they aftermarket? And how are they supposed to be installed?

After market things. They install where the door catches are and press under the bottom of the latch cylinders. The idea is to remove the pull loops and when you press the button these pop the door open enough to lift by the door side

That's a neat idea. I still need to replace both of my door latches, so they wouldn't be of any use to me right now, but I might think about putting some in when I fix up the rear compartment.

OK you guys.... I`ve seen enough pictures of cars, houses, toys, and garages to know that there are a LOT MORE spare parts lying around than what`s been listed by these few who have posted so far!
So get out to the garage, and dig some of that stuff out from the top shelf, or way under the bottom shelf, and put up some pictures of it, and help out your fellow hobbyists!

I've got an 81 CCM carburetor that was rebuilt, installed and run for about 2 months, would love to get an 81 AIM in return for it...just saying...been off the car now for a few years but these are recent pics..
