I am hoping to make the first couple of days with our 76. Still up in the air waiting on things I can't control. Seeing all these nice c3 s that will be there makes me want to get things running even more.
Wish me luck.

Get that thing running- you have got a week!!!
My GF refused to close on her house early when the buyer wanted to because we would have to leave the Tour halfway !!!

I'll be at Champaign,IL & Madison, IL. Hopefully in my 76 and not my Ford truck . Still working on some issues to get her ready for the trip. Keeping fingers crossed that nothing goes wrong with the plan.

Love your wheels!!!
Did a shakedown run this weekend- 125mile run in the 73 to the Atlanta Dragway and saw the Chevy High Performance Magazine Nationals.
The interior is all back together -after putting down some heat barrier material- It's better- but still a lot of heat in the cabin!!!
Looking forward to the Tour!!!

I'll be at campaign, probably drive to the STL stop. Let me tell you the Gibson City drive in theater on Sunday will be a blast. Make sure to get some chocolate dipped bananas. Can't wait for the madness!!

We made it to Champaign last night- about 600 miles and 11 hours. Started out w/ a pair of brand new tires on the front of the car-vibrating unbelievable- stopped at a Discount tire on the way- had to wait for them to open- and the bad vibrating had thrown off my center cap!!! They re-balanced the tire- and the other three-and the car is rolling down the road fine now.
SO- I'm looking for a center cap!!! If you know or have one that would be appreciated!!!
