Default Anyone Familar with Muscle Car Garage in NJ?

Hello,

I'm looking at a Classic Camaro in NJ, I'm in Houston TX and I have never heard of this Dealer or know anything about them, they look pretty small. They have what appears to be a really nice 68 I'm interested in...

They mostly deal in GM old Camaros and Vettes from what I understand, Just wondered if anyone has bought from these guys or had any experiences?

They are in Boonton, NJ 07005 but they recently moved from Towaco, NJ 07082

Thanks! Michael

they want a lot of money for a modified 68 with no pictures of the underside of the vehicle and most of the information fields about the car empty.

Yes! They did send me several undercarriage shots and it looks pretty clean. They claim its Frame off Restored in 13...?

But would be nice to get any feedback before I continue.

Why not post on a Camaro/F Body forum?
My feelings are if you personally don't examine a car..expect some surprises!

it's funny how the Corvette and Camaro scenes are two completely different animals.

I posted here because I belong to the Vette Forum, figured Vette guys are more picky than most... so figured I would check here.

I plan to have it independently inspected if I buy.

Personally I think they're asking too much money for that car. It's highly modified and I think you'd be upside down as soon as you bought it. I don't know if you are looking for an original or modified car but, I think there are probably nicer cars out there for that price. Good luck whatever you decide.

well no one said he was going to pay sticker price for the car.

I think the car looks great, but they'd have to drop at LEAST $8K off the price form me to take it home.

Yea no way am I even considering close to sticker, I just thought it looked killer and wanted to see if anyone had any experience with this dealer to decide if it was worth pursuing!

Not looking for opinions on the car and price... Just the dealer!

I see they have an '82 CE in stock also.

I am in NJ, and it looks like they are 2 hours away from me. Sorry but I never heard of them, so have no feed back.

Obviously, the term "frame off" gets misused a lot......
