Last I heard he sold his entire inventory and moved to FL. That must've been well over a year ago. Miss his contributions - very knowledgable - especially with electronics.

I talk to Roger quite often... about two months ago was the last time.

He's doing great and promised the last time to pop in here. The area he lives in has limited internet so logging on is a problem for him.

I just recently read a number of his electrical contributions and found them informative and easy to comprehend.

I'll give him some grief the next time I talk to him and see if I can get him to pop in. Hell I miss him on here too. Roger came down to my office on one of his last trips before the big move and dropped off a bunch of speedo, tach and cruise transducers cores he had.

We spent about 4 hours waist deep in old car war stories while having brunch at the local Waffle House. I think we blasted over there in my old red car.. it's been a few years. It was quite a good time that I'll never forget... Just a genuine good guy with lots of knowledge.

I've emailed him and texted him a couple of times, he was going to move down here about 20 minutes from me but have had no answers. I think he's avoiding me knowing i would use and abuse all his brain power... I even offered him beer money to come over and make sure i don't do anything dumb. Surprised he didn't take me up on it purely for the entertainment value.

Yep, dial him up. And tell him I'm real close to turning the key for the first time in 10+ years on this car so he better pipe up.

I'm a Vodka guy, but I can accommodate, the bar is well stocked.

Roger's a good guy. Lots of good content contributions from him, and I always enjoyed conversing (via PM) with him. Would like to see him pop into here on occasion as the opportunity presents itself.

Is this the guy that did Roger's clocks?

He converted by 68 clock to electric in the early 1980's. It stopped working about 6 years ago. I need to talk to him!!!!

Sixfooter... And everyone...

I talked to Roger today and he's getting some of the emails but when he tries to reply the messages kick back. Roger has taken some sort of position in his neighborhood (I call him Mayor now)... and its eating all his free time.

However, he said if you wish to contact him, here is his direct email address (With permission from Roger, I might add)

dawnandrogero@yahoo.com

Even if he no longer contributes here, it is good to read that he is healthy and well!
