I'm far from a body person but I believe they do make a filler for that plastic. try googling it.

Yes that can be repaired. It depends on how far you want to go. The black part can be masked off, sanded and painted with a spray can. The red could probably be touched up with a brush. Those 2 things you can do at home yourself. Or else you can respray the rear bumper. Thats what I would do, but I have been painting for a long time.

I was thinking just to respray for now and do something more elegant on the fall before to park the car. Thank you!

Right...I was reading somewhere and looks an easy task. Today I will stop around to buy the materials and start working on it. Will post pictures later....

Now at home I took a look underneath and I saw the extension of the damage

Will be right the assumption that to repair I will need to take out the bumper or just start looking for a new one?.

For now until the Saturday I did a quick sand/painting.

Not perfect, but at least cosmetically fixed until I do the repair or change the bumper.
I've heard that plastic repair could not be that durable and that I will just waste money and time instead of just change the bumper....any thought?

Looks pretty good. Better than before, for sure. Now you have some time to consider the best course of action for a permanent fix.

Or not....

.... This could qualify for a "temporary permanent solution"
