I've owned mine since 1990. Donnybrook Green LS5 Coupe with M20, saddle leather, AC, PS, PW, stereo, tilt, alarm (interestingly, no PB). #12931 with a June 22 birth date. Coincidentally, the delivery dealership in Dallas (now closed) was less than a mile from our home.

I applied the lacquer in my garage and just finished restoring the front and rear suspension. I'm working the interior and engine compartment cosmetics now. Most numbers match except the alternator and differential. Until I got it, it led the life of being driven hard and often, but it was all there and unbroken.

Did you know there's a 1970 Corvette registry?

http://1970corvetteregistry.org

It says "1,819 or 11.17 % of 17,316 1970 Corvettes" are listed, even though that's 10.5%.

I sent the vitals for my car a few months ago, but she never added it to the list.

Ok. But so you know the new thread you started is titled "70-72" owners.

Just trying to avoid confusion.
