Default 1969 Coupe L71 orginal engine

Average condition. Needs tires, interior and hooker side exhaust removed. Carbs need to be restored and engine bay cleaned up. The engine is coded LR and has the vin on block. Has a scatter shield installed and most likely needs a clutch. Has fresh Green paint. What is the expected priced to pay? Thanks

Are you buying or selling?
Pictures are a must!
Numbers matching?
Location?
What does average condition mean? Different to different people.

You have not given us much to go on.

Honest answer....as little as you can get away with. If you are thinking of buying, what is the seller asking?

Don't want to say asking price, I think that will affect your opinion. Thanks

One concern to value is no Stingray or front emblem so I'd start looking for aftermarket front end.

Too vague on condition to give an accurate estimated value.

hey joe...i'll be the first to chime in with an actual price...IMO, with going by what has been said, the missing and wrong parts from the pics and your "average" condition rating, I would have to put it in the $25K-$30K range...

Thanks my friend. I agree with your opinion. I'm gonna park it for a while in the back of my shop until I get some time and money. I did buy the car . Got a good price and for about another $7k I think I can get it in very presentable condition. Thanks

Soon as my 34 chev hot rod is street worthy and ready for HAN , I'm gonna start on the L71. Remove and get the carb's restored, detail engine compartment, remove hooker side exhaust and install exhaust under car, and order a new interior. About $7k or so. I should have a $35 to $40K car or so , after the work. wish me luck.
