Why not add some red pin striping on the contour lines? I own a brown 73 and want to add some pinstripes but haven't a clue what color to use.
May I ask the year of your Vette? Your picture doesn't show a pictures of the *** so I can't tell if there is a back bumper.

Had not considered pin striping, might not be a bad look. It's still pretty new to me, have only had it about a month or so.

Depending on the shade of brown, I would suggest a silver or maybe an orange. If it's a dark brown, it's really tough to match it to a color that doesn't throw it off.

Very nice! My dad has two 82 Collector's Editions. One I am trying to get him motivated to work on, and one that he bought as a parts car. The parts car is sitting on either a reconstructed, or completely new frame, it was totaled at one point. The first one he bought had been driven into a bayou. but it was only 4 years old at the time, so it wasn't totaled. I don't have any newer pics, but some of the engine bay is apart, as well as the interior. Here are some pics of it, circa 1986.

Corvette Bronze Code 992 in 1968
3,374 Vettes were painted Corvette Bronze Code 992 in 1968.
How many do you see these days, but Corvette Bronze was the fourth most popular color in 1968.
A fun fact ... In that year Corvette Bronze was a special order color for the 1968 Camaro under Code 0

Saw this one at Bloomington Gold this year for the Goldyear (1968).
There were a couple more in the building on display.
