A good clay bar with some soapy water or spray detailer as a lubricant should take care of it.

This works well. Works on the paint too. You can use some thinner on the windows also.

Lacquer thinner.

I think a razor blade is a bad choice.

Default paint overspray

Try Goo -Goo gone .or a paint, marker, crayon spray remover from your local hardware or paint supplier . That should work. Then use a window cleaner.

I used a scotch brite pad and windex. Worked great and no damaging chemicals.

I'll add another vote for laquer thinner. It's worked well for me every time I've used it.

Denatured alcohol is what is recommended by any glass manufacturer and will not harm any of the coatings, but does take a little elbow grease.

If it's been there more than a week, you need lacquer thinner to melt/wipe it off. Then, clean the glass with Invisible Shield.

And so is steel wool, ScotchBrite, or any other abrasive. You need a solvent to soften the over spray, and the softest cloth available to wipe it away.
