I borrowed my nephews 17" compact spare from his 04 GTO. The space saver spare is a 17" X 4". My Car has 18" rims. So as it sits, if I get a flat in the rear, I will have to put the front tire to the rear because of the posi and place the compact spare in the front.

I am going to get a new compact spare so the overall height will be 27", this will allow me to place the compact spare in any wheel position

This set up fits in rear tub and will also fit with larger 27" tire
