Default Please share pics of your lowered C3.

I have tried the search....not much luck.
I'm considering this for my '69. Along with your pic of your lowered C3, could you include how much you lowered the front and rear? Any advice, recommendations, "don'ts!"....would be very much appreciated.
Thank you.
Oh, also looking for pics of a silver '68 or '69 with 17" or 18" chrome torque thrust II wheels for more motivation!
Thanks!

Sorry not the best pic. VBP 550 springs lowered the front end about 1 inch just as they said it would.

That looks nice! I think 1" is just right. I've been reading about cutting the existing springs. Did you consider that or did you go straight for the new 550 springs? Did you lower the rear too?

Any problem with scraping with a 1" lowered front?

Stock 68 small block springs, cut before I bought the car. Not sure how much. Adding AC and a heavier Richmond 6 speed brought it down even more when I did my iron block LS swap. Longer bolts in the rear brought it down 2". Top of the tires are even with the wheel well opening.
You cant go any lower on the front with stock suspension and still have camber adjustment.

Love the stance on 7T2Vette. What size wheels and tires? And what mods to the suspension?? Any clearance problems?

In the Pic the rear is stock but the Trailing Arms are on the bench and Im waiting on the rebuild parts to come from Willcox. When I put it all back together ill lower the rear an inch or so to mach the front. I went straight to the 550 and Bilstein HD because of a good past experience.

Before drop.

After drop.

Cut one coil from the front spring's and installed C4 Corvette rear spring bolt's. Lowered the car approximately 2 inch's.
