I'm wondering if anyone can give me information about this folder? Is it factory, dealer, other? Thanks

Just a guess, but looks like a set of bound AIMs (assembly instruction manual) for the 81 model year that a line foreman might have carried around with him for reference.
Since you can buy reproduction AIMs all day long now, I doubt they carry much value, unless you have a personal connection to the foreman.
Maybe someone else has a better idea what they are.

I agree it looks like the AIM but in this case, it's a real one, not a vendor reproduction. Are there any handwritten notes in it anywhere?
I wonder what the torn label word is... Corv(?) Cory(?) Anyone know the foremen's names for 1981?

I think it reads, or did, Copy. No handwritten notes.

Do you have one of the common reproduction 1981 Assembly Manuals? I'd be interested to see the quality difference in the images. The original Shop Manuals are strikingly better than the modern reproductions.

I think you have an assembly instruction manual used at the plant. Where did you find it?

From a retired auto worker that passed away. Was in his attic. He worked at AO Smith at the frame plant in Milwaukee area. It must be legit. Thanks everyone for your responses.
