What are you asking? A vendor for parts to repair your speedo or a vendor who rebuilds speedometers?

I can do it..

Most of the time, the repair is more than can be performed at home. ie.. don't try this at home.... lol

If the trip odometer is turning hard, it can take out the second, third or forth worm gears. Replacing the odometer would be a must, and may solve your problem. As these things age we see more and more failures in the odometers/trip odometer area.

The failure of a odometer and trip odometer usually mean you have a much more difficult repair than just replacing either of the two items.

How many times do you see the thread that starts with My odometer stopped working?

The first worm magnet bushing usually wears out either from people putting grease on the cables, or from years of wear and tear. When this happens, the speedo will continue to work but the first and second worm drive gears that operate the odometer (and trip) get stripped do to the first worm cocking out of alignment with the second worm.

Replacing the second worm is usually a failure as well since you still have the original issue present in the speedometer head. The actual repair involves replacing the first worm and magnet bushing and possibly the first worm and magnet and the second worm gear.

Here is a picture that may help you understand a bit better.
