C3 artist conception
Hope this isn't a re-post, but I think this retro c3 conception is drop dead gorgeous. IMO, would have been a great c7

It looks like the cabin has been moved forward (vs a c3), which gives the rear a bigger look with a slightly shorter nose/hood. The lower body lines & shorter nose really looks similar to this mid-eng prototype

I agree 71coupe, that is "drop dead gorgeous".
If it were mine (we always have to personal them), I would paint the pillar post, mirror head, and side vent silver, and chrome the bumpers.

I like it. If I had unlimited money and time, I'd buy one
The rear does look a bit off to me, though. Not sure, maybe it just needs to be brought in a little bit to make it smaller and use smaller tail lights. I've always thought the C3 had a cute little backside rather than a big fat ****
But I love the early C3 style coupe rear window and rear pillars (B pillars?). Terrible for rear visibility, but they look awesome. Like the more pointed fenders too.

Yeah I would have liked to see Chevy go with the retro theme on the vette too. I like what we got in the C7 though.
Bah! Cretins!

>This yellow one works for me too
Same here. I've had those prototype pics stashed in my collection for quite a while. I've drooled over them more than once. I was disappointed when the C7 didn't roll out looking like the yellow one, which is a stunningly gorgeous car.

Drifting
Can anyone tell me why the heck GM didn't call a forum meeting for us to impart all our wisdom??? Hahaha they must be idiots.
That is a beautiful car and worthy of a special year IMO

Terrorizing Orange Cones
It is very striking in appearance and certainly has my attention.
Wouldn't some of that info be available in the AIM? (sorry Easy Mike, the door looked open...)

There ya go.
They knew better.
Yes. Black factory socks are in the AIM. Any other color was a dealer accessory.
