Default 69 L-88 auctioned

I missed it...

Mecum Auctions ‏@mecum 54m
Who else is still in awe with the L88 sale for $3.2 Million seen LIVE on @VelocityTV1? Nobody sells more than Mecum. Nobody. #Mecum #Dallas

this green one?

http://www.mecum.com/auctions/lot_de...=&startRow=981

wait a sec.... it says High Bid: $430,000
so it was a different car that sold for $3.2mm

Make that 20 L88's for 67.

Rogers in Orlando has 2 of them in his personal collection. Plus a 68 L88 and one of only two 69 ZL1's. Check them out when in Orlando.

Still kicking myself in the azz - was in Orlando this spring and didn't even think to check this place out. :

'68 L88 and a '69 ZL1 - damn, much more fun than Legoland.

He knows that, it was a joke. There are far many more " Documented L88's" on the road than ever built by GM.
