Hey guys
My vette has developed a problem, the front
Bumper has started bowing up on the crease
From the emblem to the hood between the
Headlights, the gap can not be made level from
Adjusting the hood and it has bowed up so much
That it is interfering with the flip up headlights

Any body else had this problem? And any suggestions for a fix

change to a fiberglass bumper ? you could get better advice if you posted a few pic's further away and at different angles, but thats pretty common for urethane bumpers, looks like you're missing a support of some sort.

Looks like the hood surround panel and headlight bar have separated. Rebond the headlight bar to the hood surround. It's also possible the nose bar needs a tweak.

I think your right about that bar being separated, seems like a guy would have to pull the entire bumper off to do that

Maybe not. The headlight bar is bonded to the hood surround, not the bumper. You may be able to reach what you need with the hood off and out of the way.

You can get to the headlight bar by taking off the air dam and the splash pan behind the bottom of the bumper. Then take out the headlights. It may be easier to take off the hood to get them out. Use a thin flat blade putty knife to break the remaining bond between the bar and the hood surround. There are bolted on supports for the bar at each end that you can access the bolts inside the wheel well. Use some big spring clamps to hold the bar while the bonding agent sets up. It helps to take out the grills to get full access.

I use Fusor T21. I use it for bonding door bottoms that come loose, fenders and the head light bar. Might be an expensive approach for you as you need a special 2 tube gun. Others may chip in with some other suggestions.
