There are aftermarket Corvette parts stores which sell a direct replacement of the 4x10 kickpanel speaker for the '68 & '69 cars. I'm not sure which vendor catalog I've seen them in, but they are available. They even have the metal strip attached near one end to assist in mounting them.
If CF vendors sell them, they will likely post their info. If not, other posters will eventually come up with which vendor has them.
P.S. You might want to re-title this thread as "Need '69 C3 radio speakers". The present title is not specific enough for some folks to bother reading.

www.turnswitch.com 4x10 speakers that look just like the originals, 8-10 Ohms and fit perfect.

The original OEM speakers were not that good. Modern speakers take advantage of higher power [small] magnets, synthetic cone materials, etc. Buy new speakers.
P.S. If you still have the original Delco radio, install speakers with 8-10 ohm impedence. Installing lower impedence speakers will cause the amp to be overloaded and lead to very early failure. Also, purchase 'low wattage' (efficient) speakers (25-50 watts). The Delco head only puts out about 16 watts TOTAL! If you stick inefficent speakers (capable of 100 watts or more) with the Delco head, the output volume will be very weak.

That's great. But wouldn't it sound much better with reasonably good speakers? And, they can't be seen, so who really knows, but you.....
