Durham NC Cars & Coffee, May 25th, 8:00-noon
The new Durham Cars & Coffee will be held 8:00 am till noon at the intersection of Pettigrew and Mangum streets near the American Tobacco campus, DPAC and DBAP. It's easy to get to and it's a pretty nice area with the Mellow Mushroom, Tyler's Taproom, Cuban Revolution, Tobacco Road and other excellent eateries within walking distance for lunch or drinks after the festivities. Previously C & C was held on the top of the parking garage, but low-riding cars couldn't get over the speed bumps to get up to the roof. This parking lot is free of obstructions and even a lowrider can get in there.
