Default Road Trip

First nice day of the year so I had to go on a road trip.

Drove from Virginia Beach to Zips Corvette in Mechanicsville. Not because I needed anything, only spent 25 dollars, but just because!

245 miles round trip. Took about four hours or so. Got about 18mpg. Not too bad. Longest trip I've taken in the ole 74.

Sounds like you had a very nice drive! It's a little cold here and still some snow but I expect to get my 1974 out of commercial storage next Thursday. But I can't see any driving until late April.

I had the top down but still have a heavy coat and hat on. Well worth it though.
