Soap and water. The tag for the window warns against using anything abrasive on it.

I've had great results using a convertible top kit put out by 303 called "Convertible Top Cleaning and Care Kit", and for the plastic window, I use the 303 "Speed Detailer".

ON our 87' C4 we have used sop and water and a fingernail brush on the top only and as they have said no abrasives on the window. ONLY wioe the window with a micro fiber and lots of water NEVER WIPE IT WHEN DRY. the secret is that for all these years whenever we fold the top down we have always put a soft bath town on the window before folding this will prevent any rubbing and ours is still in great shape after 25years plus.

FWIW, my top never gets soiled as it's a fair weather only car. That said, I've had complete satisfaction using the Raggtop products. I have their cleaner and their protectant sprays. These keep my white top very white. Additionally, I used a spray called Plexus (sp?) for my vinyl rear window. WOW! This stuff is great!!!!
