I have paid double that for wrecks. Enjoy the car and have fun restoring it or modifying it. They are a lot of fun and you will learn new curse words and how to combine them into sentences.

Well i did jack the car up all four corners and besides a little rust,the frame is in tact in all corners, i dont no anyone who would drive there Corvette in winter conditons and this is the most snow we have ever gotten.This car is 24 years old thats like 10 k a year, i put more than that on my truck in a season thats just the way i look at it anyways thanks

You did not mention installing a new battery in your original post that listed what you did to get it running. You had to use jumper cables? Please tell me that you were not able to use the original battery.

Well that would suck a bit if your right,i did check some pics online for L-82's and the rpm also go's to 70 and no L-82 emblems,could this be maybe diffrent in canada or the us?I thought i also read that the L-48's automatic and the 82 automatic has same engine set up in 79 with dual snorkel air intake but only L-82's have a auxiliary electric engine cooling fan>?
