Default wiper motor plugs

Can anyone tell me which way the plugs go on the wiper motor itself and the switch inside the car. The plugs can go either way.

Hi Skip,
I'll try the connection at the switch in the dash.
The connector has a little tab on one side.... the tab needs to be toward the right as the connector goes into the switch.
Look at AIM UPC 12 Sheet B5. It's shown there.
Regards,
Alan

Thanks guys I am heading out there now I think the switch plug is backwards. The wipers were the reason I installed a new harness in the first place.

Does that bench test work for testing my 73's wiper motor, i belive it was working when i took it off 3 years ago but i want to test it before reinstalling, can i use a battery for my power source and what would be a good way to ground, is there a way to test washer pump as well? According to judging manual i have the correct and probably original motor, cleaned up ok, would like to make it look a little better, were they supposed to be painted?
