Default any leads on who I can contact about the 76 Greenwood?

I have sent out emails and calls to the people that were mentioned in my earlier post about the 76 Greenwood mystery...not much more information was obtained, so here I am again, searching for clues...I was wondering if anyone here knows if Mancuso is still around since he raced John's cars in the Sebring series and also ordered/designed some as well with the Greenwoods? Burt Greenwood has dropped off the grid, as well as John's two sons, Joe and Tim who run the company now. Ginny, John and Burt's sister, worked the office during those times, but she's AWOL too...the corvette museum in Bowling Green, KY was no help to me what so ever, and I'm still chasing my tail so to speak.

If anyone has any other ideas, or info about Mancuso, please let me know...I just want to know about the history, like I've said before, nothing more, nothing less...

Have you checked if the car is on the C3 registry? www.c3registry.org

Rick Mancuso is now associated with Lake Forest Sportscars, in Illinois. He has a son, Nick, who's racing in SCCA these days.

I realize you want what you want but have you ever thought these people don`t want to be bothered?

i understand that they might not want to be bothered, and i'm not trying to stalk them, but i am trying to preserve a potential historical vehicle, hence the diligence in researching this car...a lot of racing history has been lost, and John Greenwood is no longer with us, that's why I'm trying to keep this little bit around...that's all

do you think Rick or Nick would be able to be contacted regarding this mystery car? I read in some of the Greenwood website's article that Rick was in John's shop quite a bit...if he saw some pics, do you think he would recognize it and/or be able to acurately identify it?

You could talk to Kerry Hitt of Advanced Composite Products, in Harrisburg PA. Kerry raced Corvettes for 30 years, and is still involved in racing and Corvettes. Kerry was never involved in the Greenwood street cars, but owned and raced the the 76 Greenwood LeMans, car at one time.

Kerry knew Mancuso, Greenwood and everyone else involved with Greenwood racing. He may still be in contact with some of them.

Kerry's a real good guy, and a Supporting Vendor on the Forum too.
