trim tag translation needed

this is my trim trim tag , and i really need some one to tell me what does it mean?

D03 is the year it was built, i believe. D would be the month.
152 is your interior trim code, smoked gray.
and 23l is you rpaint color, medium blue metallic?

well.. thanks michael for the fast reply , i'm shocked TBH as my car is silver with black interior !

D03 is the month and day the Corvette passed the station on the assembly line where the trim tag was attached. D is usually the fourth month of production. 03 would be the third day of that month. Model year production usually began in August but there are known exceptions. The first month of production was A. D was usually November.
St. Louis trim tags do not include model year information. Bowling Green trim tags have a B or C stamped in them indicating 1981 or 1982 model years. Bowling Green tags also include a partial VIN. St. Louis tags do not.
For the 1977 model year, D03 is Wednesday, November 3, 1976. I52 is smoke gray leather; 28L is Corvette dark blue.

I52 - same as our '77 - smoked gray leather. I "think" all '77's came with leather standard? Been a long time since these cars were built. Doesn't surprise me that it's been changed out. Our car has black interior now as well.

just had a vague idea, and wasn't sure how that part all worked out.
