Hey everyone.. I just wanted to say AGAIN how thankful I am for EVERYONE who has touched this project. Not only through time, money, energy but also through kind words and prayers...
This wasn't only for me but my kids as well.. I am proud to have been able to show them that there really are kind people in the world who do things for people just out of the kindness of their heart! I know my daughter is still a little young and doesn't fully comprehend what has been going on but my son, he is so proud of everyone as well. I will be uploading some pictures soon. I have been driving it around now and it's wonderful to enjoy a piece of my Daddy even though he isn't here physically I know he is in that passenger seat spiritually.

This has been a great adventure. I'm floored.
With winter coming on, may I suggest renting a place; storage building, indoor garage space, etc, to keep the Vette in to protect it from the harsh weather.

HEY EVERYONE.... Yesterday we went on our first road trip with the club.. Carolina Classic Corvettes.. and also the Rock Hill Cruisers
It was a last minute so not all of our members were able to make to but I HAD A BLAST!! It reminded me of when I was a little girl and Daddy would take me on poker runs on the back of his gold wing.. except this was different!!
My whole week was great last week. After many of months looking for a job I finally got a job, this cruise just put the icing on the cake for my week... OH YEA... I also won the big door prize. lol My first cruise and I get to go home with a speed jack. WOOHOOOOoooo...
Of course I had to wax and clean her up for the trip... =)

My best friend and my coRider for the trip.. The kids had to go to school today for a make up day because of the snow we saw just a week prior.
I just KNOW that my Daddy would have loved this trip and the many more I plan on making this year. I have a few things I need to do to her now since I have a job, like fixing the radiator and some oil leaks, and other stuff that y'all know will always be ongoing but I'm so very excited!!!

Yes sir... That's the plan.. Cars and Coffee the morning of March 8th and hopefully the club can make a day out of it, have lunch then to The first Kannapolis Cruise In...
