No idea, factory blue car though. It was a field car that I traded a motorcycle for. Being from Hot Springs, Arkansas, it had a story behind it. I don't know if it was true, but it's always fun to tell folks that it was allegedly once owned by a Clinton, and, since it's blue with a few white splotches, the car's name is obviously Monica.

My 72 also came with really terrible paint. No one would tolerate that today.

Default 68 in blue

My Dad in my 68 Corvette.

Here is mine. Supposed to be Le Mans blue. The previous owner painted it this color that’s more of a Targa blue. It looks great. Eventually probably will paint it the correct Le Mans blue.

My car, that I special ordered, came with a grinder hack in the left quarter, the left rear corner and both top panels had been touched up.
There were finger marks in the tail light panel where it had been hand sanded. I have pictures to prove it's a no hit body.

It had electrical issues, ammeter and fuel gauge didn't work. There were solder splashes on the frame under the hood that the dealership accused me of doing.
And the PS leaked. It took several weeks to fix all that stuff, so I never even complained about the paint. It was my first new car and since I loved it I put up all that crap.
