I used SEM 39337 to initially bond the bumper to the body, then glassed in the seams... I know folks have used the Fusor 127EZ and 3M 08115 with good results... The Fusor 127EZ isn't sandable like filler or the other products above, so you'd have to be pretty precise with your application...

ShootCraps-- You must work very quickly... I don;t think I could've applied the Evercoat 870 all the way around my bumper and then secured it with the shoot work time on the Vette Panel Adhesive... I can barely get 5 minutes of spread time when using it as a filler... It is a great product though...

That's what she said.

I secured the bumper cover, then ground out the seam and filled it with the 870. I used a little less hardening cream to give me a few more minutes of working time with the 870. Takes a couple more hours to cure, but time wasn't critical.

1. Scuff surfaces w/80 grit.
2. West Systems epoxy mixed w/their 403 filler to bond the bumpers to the body.
3. Slightly grind out the seam and glass in w/epoxy resin.

4. Finish like you would body seams. After leveling, epoxy w/407 filler was used to smooth slight imperfections.
