Back in the early 80's I shot my 73 Vette in Proche Guards Red. It was very bright and beautiful. I recently shot my 1960 W300 Dodge using 2005 Dodge Viper Red. Hands down winner, Stunning red.
You can also go to www.autocolorlibrary.com and look at make/model paint samples along with paint code. On some vehicles they go back to 1912.

Are these colors available? He in California, all cars now have to be painted with water based paints. (). Also do the reds have a lead base. Just wondering if anyone knows. My 68 is lacquer. Lacquer was banned long time ago here.
