Default I finally found it!

This may not seem like a big deal to most but I thought I'd share. I found the sweepstakes from a Boy's Life magazine from 1972 that started my interest in Corvettes. I entered and felt sure I'd win and would be the only 15 year old in the neighborhood that owned a car...much less a Corvette! Of course I didn't win but it sure made me want one even more. I wonder who won and where the car is now? See two pages from the magazine below:

After I found it online I searched e-Bay and found the Boy's Life that had the sweepstakes and bought it to frame for the garage.

Of course I wonder who DID win the car, and if it is still "alive" today.
Very unique paint scheme. I like it!

Just how would the typical 15 year old pay for the 'local, state, and federal taxes, if any?'

I had one of those Rupp Roadster II's! Green one...sold it and another minibike to the local motorcycle dealer for $200 after I started driving. Always wish I'd kept it...they get big $$ today
