Indeed. Thanks to all veterans, for serving our nation. Went to the local parade with wifey today. Had a group of vets with vettes. Plus some other sweet rides.

Happy Veterans Day to "all who gave some", and a quiet moment of rememberance and thanks to "those who gave all".

Desert Storm veteran here, but I was way too young and stupid to have a vette when I served. 15-20 years later and I wised up.

Happy Veterans Day to all who gave so much more than I had to. As well, a huge hanks to all those who support our soldiers.

Retired Navy here....

I bought my first Vette after I retired from the Navy 7 years ago.

I salute all my brothers and sisters who have served before me, with me and who continue to serve our great country!

I now have the 70 convertible that my dad had my mom buy while he was in Vietnam. After my deployment with the Army in 2003, I test drove a new Z06 in the hopes to create a family tradition of buying a Vette in conjunction with a combat deployment. However, it wasn't practical to uproot my family every 2-3 years and have to move 2 vettes, along with our daily drivers. Nonetheless, I hope to one day buy a vette once we're settled and have enough garage space for 2!!

Happy Veteran's Day to all.

U. S. Army veteran here, Infantry. Bought my '80 vette in 2008, while on my last deployment. All I have to say about submarines is this: A boat that sinks on purpose? No thanks, I like to keep my boots on dry land, where they belong!

Default Army Vet

1988-1991, lost 50% of hearing in right ear and 25% in left.

When they tell you to wear your earplugs, DO IT!
