We deceided not to call the police and Insurance company, we made an agreement but I still had to give them some cash for thier Mercedes Driver side fender which was damaged.

Yeah, That's bull! She should be paying YOU!! Don't let her make you think YOU were in the wrong when SHE disobeyed a traffic control device. (A ticketable offense) SHE'S WRONG, SHE PAYS! I would've let the police decide. ALWAYS let the police decide who's wrong.

How come yopu have to give her money when she ran the stop sign? Sorry about your damage, but they can make it look like new.
I will be down your way on Saturday, going with my wife and other daughter to see my younger daughters new apartment in Brooklyn.

They said that they were going to call the police and insurance company if I didn't want to solve that problem with some cash. I tried to convince her and her daugher's husband who owns the car that it was her fault. After like an hour I said fine I'll give you what you're asking for and lets just call it a day. I tried to make them pay for my vette but the assh*les said "no becasue you still hit her". So I ended paying $500 for the damm 09 Mercedes e300 fender.
I think it would of been worse If this accident was reported to the police and insurance company.

There's no way in hell you should be paying her! She's at fault here. She ran the stop sign! Call her and get her insurance co. number immediately!
Also get a police report if possible. Were there any witnesses?

I guess I would have to see a video of this accident from all angles, because what you have described makes no sense at all.

Yup my brother was in the passenger side. I think I'll just leave it like that without reporting it because if I do, my insurance will still go up. But next time I know better. My Corvette has a classic insurance and if they know this my policy would probably be canceled.

rule #1, always call the police if there's an accident, that way you can tell your story and let the insurance companies read the police reports. otherwise its your word against hers. and paying her off right off the bat isn't going to help your cause at all. Its going to cost way more then $500 to repair a fender. She's going to go after your insurance company and say you tried to bribe her because it was your fault. you're screwed.

your insurance won't go up if its her fault.

It was her fault.
Your rates shouldn't go up, nor should it be cancelled. This is why you have it. It's up to you and what you're comfortable with, but this is wrong.
