the build is on, but there are some question marks, that I bump in to.

First think is the cruise control, becouse I have a holey carburator, I will kick it out, someone refurbished the unit for it, but I will not need it, so can I kick it out, are there any cables for the speedo that can replace the two that I have got right now?

This week I will cut the nose from the bird cage and than prepare it for paint. Can you tell me the way to disconnect the wiring and fuse box from the fire wall, on the interior and engine bay side, tried almost all day today and do not know if it can be done, and if yes, than how?!

The two main harnesses are snapped together and there is one bolt in the center. I'll see if I can get you a quick picture.

Hi Buba6
Nice work you done, I know the problems you had, its look like you handle them.
Didn't saw how you fix the birdcage.
I don't know if you saw my thread what I have to deal with.

Sorry for the "off ine time" but a lot of progress was made, so here is an update!

Finally transported the body to my friend that will help me with apinting and body work. It was a tricky operation

And than the work started!

Almost fainted when I saw it today

Wow! Very impressed with your drive to make this into a nice car again. Most people (including myself) would have run away from this job. It is far beyond my abilities and knowledge.

Keep up the awesome work!

What color are you going to paint it when it's ready?

Hello. I am back!

No, I was not lasy during the last couple of weeks, I did some work and here are the photos. Unfortunley Wilcox has slowed me donw, becouse as you know I am in Europe and my friend gets the parts in US and sends them to me, so it takes at least two months, after receiving the last packadhe, I have lerned that Wilcox, has forgot to pack some very important parts for me, so the whole build was stoped for almost two months... I was screwed...

Looks like you got one of the worst parts of restoration over with - block sanding the body! Looks like you are making great progress though, keep up the good work!
