Very nice! Hopefully you can make it to a few Charlotte events with that beauty! I hate to sound stupid, but who is Mercier?

Mercier was the paint shop that changed the color back in 1972. When they painted the car, they added the airbrush as a signature. I believe they are still operating today in ct

Nice day out, so I decided to wash the Vette and snap some shots

Little info on my new toy..
* Painted in 1972 by original owner. . Has pearl accents
* Car was in family since 1973 (across 3 owners) I am the fifth owner and have paper work back to 1973 on the car
* Sitting at 53K miles on odometer now but is actually 43K. First owner put 30K on it, and last owner said the odometer flipped from 30 to 50 when he crossed 39999. I believe this since I have the title history as car moved between states.
* Original interior in great condition including the leather seats (except carpet).
* New carpet and Stingray floor mats
* Tilt wheel
* Factory side pipes (Installed by 1st owner)
* Original L46 engine
* Original M21 and 4:11 gears
* New heavy duty clutch
* MSD pro-billit distributor and ignition control system
* Aluminum Be-Cool radiator with dual electric fans
* Steeroids power rack and pinion steering system
* Vette Brakes and Product Inc complete Performance Plus Suspension Package
* Vette Brakes and Products C3 Ultimate CX Brake Package and slotted sports rotors, stainless steel brake lines, and Hawk brake pads.
* Offset rear trailing arms
* American Racing Torque Thrust II wheels, 18 inch rear and 17 inch front
* Kumho Ecsta SPT Ulta High Performance Tires, 275-40-18 rear and 245-45-17 front
* All new wheel beraing, and CV Joints

Sweet car - love it! Back in February you said you wanted to detail the engine compartment. Based on yesterday's pictures, your bay looks ery clean.
