The Cragars are in Great shape. i figure ($95.00 wheel+tire) if you pay shiping. the lug nut chrome and washers are flaking..

the rear tire is also a goodyear eagle GTII the hoosiers were for the track. so all the tires match. i would say the front has 80-90% tread left the Rear about 20%. (i just put a 496 bb in this season)

Did you look into the painted center/polished rim? Gives it a bit more period correct racy look. These are stock size 15x8 which means lower $$$

Maybe you could check this place out & see if your size requirements are available at a savings over what you were quoted: www.rodparts.us. Besides that what we need to do is to expand our sources by going to street rod vendors, off road vendors etc. It pays to shop around. Peace,,, moosie

in the event that the link doesnt work for you here is their phone # 1-800-373-5773 or 1-563-332-8769, I hope this helps !

I got mine through TomzWheels.com a few years back.

I am not sure if he is still in the bussiness or not?

I have the TT2 polished 17x8 5x4.75 backspace and Nitto NT 450 255/50-17 tires

I just found my bill and mounted balanced and shipped to my door was $1338
Your vette is SWEET! I like the Nitto 50's series tires for a taller shoulder to fill the fender. The 5 X 4.75 is the bolt pattern. You almost certainly have the correct 4" backspacing. Nice pics.

For the 18x10 rear wheels, offset trailing arms are required, correct?

I have offset with my 18X 10, but I do not believe they are required with 18" rims, but I believe you have to move the ebrake bracket.

17"x8" TTII's with 4" BS and -11mm offset
These have been on the car for ~10 years. They were approx. $210 apiece from a local tire/wheel shop. I put Bridgestone Potenza RE730's on them originally and now they have RE750's. Couldn't be happier... except for the polishing...

I have a set that I had on my 66 before I redid the fenders to stock. I probably have less than 100 mile on the new rims and tires. 8 inch fronts and 10 inch backs, new Eagle Gt2's. I think they are 4 3/4 inch backset.

Here are what they looked like before the fenders were redone back to stock. ( I now have stock tires and wheels on it)
