At what age did you own your 1st corvette
#43
23, last year I bought my 82 two tone blue. This year I bought a 40th Anniversary vert. I plan to keep both and someday pass onto a son or daughter. Hopefully I'll add a C1 and C2 within the next 10 or so years.

Bought my first, a new '01 coupe, when I was 40 and could finally afford one.
Sold the '01 when I bought the new '07 and have since added the '70 and the '68.
Now I think I need a midyear.

18, for 4200, needed a stock rear bumper, a new front bumper, new door panels, and a new paint job (still haven't gotten on that last one) 74 L48 auto, nothing special but MAN I felt like hit $hit driving it to school!

Cruise-In II Veteran
I bought my '68 convertible in April of 1984. She will not allow me to mention her age at the time. I was old enough to know better.
Geez...I got Levis older than some of you pups.

I bought mine from Bubba
I bought my 1980 from Bubba when I was 25.
At the time, I looked way better than my Vette....now my Vette looks way better than me....and I don't expect that to change anytime soon

I was 19 in 1967 when I bought my new '67 Lyndale Blue/black, 327/300 4 spd. coupe .That was in September , saw pictures of the new '68s and didnt care too much for the look (imagine that ) so I bought the '67 and loved every minute of ownership. Actually got hooked on Corvettes when my Dad took me to the G.M. Motorama @ the Waldorf-Astoria and they had the new for '53 on a turntable, it was beautiful. My Dad said "plastic cars,,,, they'll never sell" .Guess what Pop. Peace,,,moosie
