They appear to be industrial grade "O"-Rings.....

The wheels and tires just throw the whole car out of configuration.

Just not my cup of tea.

haha...all I can think of when you say that is this ESPN interview with Jared Allen from the Vikings lol. Some of the funniest stuff i've heard in awhile on the subject of those who wear mullets.
