You can try corvette trader but, think about it if your LQQKING for a C3 for sale, on the internet you might get taken for a number. So I suggest you check your local listings. Just my thought. Hope that helps...

Best place in my opinion is right here on the forum. Most people on here are genuine and can be trusted. What are you looking for? I bet you can find it in the for sale section. Good luck!

Go to AOL, on their opening page on the left hand column you can click on autos. Then, Used, Chev-corvette-zip code. Next narrow it down to the years you want to look at and how far from home.
I typed in 66-82 and there were 64 local hits. Some are old listings (even ebay sellers) but if there is one you like you could always call and inquire.
Good luck.

I found my 70 at http://www.usedcorvettesforsale.com/
Turned out to be a forum member but don't think he listed it here.

Black on black 1980 with new paint, working AC, stock slotted aluminum wheels, and a well done replacement motor with some reasonable power.
Pretty specific and surprisingly hard to come by.
Everytime I find something that is close.....I go look at it and the seller forgot to mention that the front clip is held on with zip ties...or it won't run three minutes without overheating.....or none of the gauges work...or the seller takes me to the garage as if it has just been sitting there in good shape, but the motor is hot and there is a can of carb start spray sitting next to a set of jumper cables in the corner.....and on and on......... I guess you can't tell, I am getting cynical in this process...

You can also try cars.com and enter specific years (old cars, too). Search a wide area if you don't mind traveling to look at it.
Another thought is to put a WTB add here on the forum and be specific.
Good hunting!

I got my 72 BBC vert from www.buyavette.net
They were up front with every little quirk of the car and even talked me out of a few that I was interested in based on what I said was my level of repair know how.

What year are you most interested in? I have a nice '72 for sale in the forum section.
Nice paint, rust free, no cracks, runs great -- not 100% but that's reflected in the price.
