Something is wrong with your A/C if it can't freeze you. When it is 110 outside I end up turning my A/C down because you get so cold. When I first got my 71 I commented on how cold the A/C was to the dealer. He told me that it is the same size compressor in all the chevy lineup and a Corvette has so few interior cubic feet to cool down.

The wife & I took the 73 to the beach last year. 500 miles round trip the AC was not so good but did cool a little
I thought it was great not so sure about her
Would love to do the power tour or Rt 66 someday.

Awesome story and trip! Only had my '69 since July, and so far my limit is one hour from home. Once I get everything up to snuff, would love to take a little road trip...

We spent a weekend (almost a year ago actually) in Chattanooga for a wedding. We were in our rental Dodge Caliber, but I thought some of those roads near Ruby Falls were fun!
