74 Headlights won't pop up????

I got a 74 and the headlights will not pop up. Where do i start? Got the car in januray. They worked in the fall when i frist looked at it. Has new actuators on it. Thanks!!!!!

Check all your vacuum lines first.

Search this forum, key word "headlight" ... you will find quite a few threads dealing with the same thing ... I did and it worked for me!
