I got not one thing!. I asked for household stuff and that's exactly what I got. A new vacumn, bed sheets, energy saver light bulbs etc. My family knows I'll never buy that stuff for myself, but would spend my last dime on the Vette, so they buy what I hate spending money on. I really did not ask for anything for the vette specifically. I did however get some flex head ratcheting wrenches that should help out when working on the vette. I did get a little bit of money and I will probably use some of it to buy the Killer Headlight bracket kit. This is something I have been wanting to do for quite a while.

you can't have red or blue neons/lights on your car...... ask how i know.... the po-po will pull you over if you drive with the lights on...

I bought a new HEI distributor with tach drive for the vette and told mama to put it under the tree. I needed more stuff for the new Harley this year, and went more that route.

My daughter bought me 'The Corvette Factories" book by Mike Mueller and from my wife a Red Craftsman metal 5 drawer tool cabinet on wheels.

My husband bought me a new GM drivers side door handle. Don't even know for sure if that's why the door won't open, but if its not the problem I guess it'll be going up on ebay. Apparently you can't get the passenger door handle from GM anymore.

Read Diff bearings, and rear wheel bearings. Had to buy them myself though, wanted the right ones. Had to order them twice because the first ones were NOT right.
