One word of caution on dark saddle!! if you are replacing multiple pieces i have noticed so many different shades of the color. the products made by corvette america are pretty close.my driver door panel was a gm replacement from 1982 stamp, way off it had a red tint. the interior dye i used on kick panels etc was about on. door panels were pretty close but i bought 2 from zip both were made by corvette america, one was shipped from zip and was older, the one from ca was close the older was way off and had to be returned.i would think black would be black but if going with saddle i would look to buy all at one shot from a reputable seller who can pull it and make sure it matches. i may recover the seats in the future and i will ask for samples, my original seats seem a tad darker brown than the original dash anyway

The problem with dark saddle and orange, is that dark saddle is essentially brown,, and brown and orange don't really go together. that's the funny feeling you get when you look at the orange and saddle car, and your brain tells you that somethings just not right, but you can't put your finger on it,, leading to a post like this.

with my black interior, that's why I installed a aftermarket A/C kit that looks stock. I know it didn't come with A/C.but after spending all these $$$, I'm gonna be comfortable! LOL!

If you have color 'match' problems with saddle interior components, just re-dye them with $20 worth of vinyl dye (SEM 'Color Coat') and a Preval bottle/gas cannister sprayer. It's easy, it's inexpensive, it's quick and all the panels will match your seats. The dye can be mixed to a specific interior color code or it can be mixed to match a sample you bring in. Don't let the "color match" goblin keep you from doing what you really want.
