I went to Bellmore train station on a sunday morning with my 71 , and someone took pics of my car next to c5 and c6 and posted them. I tried to search for it but couldn't find it . But the pictures were great . I tried "bellmore sunday" didn't work . Sorry , but they are here somewhere .

I could take some pics of my '70 coupe with my '07 coupe. It's just a lowly coupe though.

Here is a C6Z06, C5 AE and C3 all in the same picture.
I know the Z06 is filthy in that photo, it is my daily driver and gets that way between washing. Best I could do on short notice, they are usually out one at a time.

I really wish I had a C3 to put beside my C6, and this thread isn't helping any! My original plan was to buy a nice '68 or '69 427 coupe but I decided that I'd rather have a vette that I could make my daily driver and take to the track. Maybe once my C6 is paid for....

I'm shocked at how svelte a C3 rear looks compared to a C6!

True. Put a C3 beside a C5 and it's even worse. The reason is aerodynamics... small rear ends don't cheat the wind very well. Luckily the C6 was able to shrink the rear a little and still gain a small aerodynamic advantage over the C5.
