This came in an email to me. Someone traded their C4 in as a clunker and it is a decent looking vette to me. I would not have given it up for $4500. Possibly there is a lot wrong with the car we cannot see. Oh well.

That was my question posted under the video. I was thinking the same thing. This car should not have qualified for this.
The only thing I can figure was the car belongs to one of the mechanics and they have big plans for another motor and just wanted to waste it on video.
I read post after post on here when someone asks for a value on a car and the responses from some of you "value experts" are that "it should be worth no more the a few thousand or it should just be a parts car etc.
Well maybe some of you guys devalued this particular car enough and this was the owners best financial solution.

It is very sad to watch that video. Unless there is something we can't see, I don't know why that car would not have been worth more than $4500.
