Who has 1970-72 gray (laguna or steele cities) vettes in here? Be a pal and post pics of your ride and any details you care to share. I know I've seen a few beauties in various threads, but I always have trouble finding them.

This could be my dream thread, and who knows, maybe I'll make an unsolicited cash offer.

THANKS

I have a Steel Cities Gray 1971. It shows the green more depending on the lighting, but usually looks like a dark silver.

This looks more green because of lighting

I've got a 1972 coupe steel cities grey code 988 car. Black deluxe interior and 4 spd muncie, 336 rear, most all other options. But she's in primer grey getting ready for a fresh paint in a few weeks... I'm super anxious to get her done!

It's a great color and I am happy to have it.

I've seen Jerry's. They don't get much nicer than that

The ZR1 did have a greenish hue in the flourescent light

My 71 came from the factory steel cities gray. I love the color. It is currently black. I tell everyone when and if it gets a re-paint it will go back to steel cities gray. The wife and kids love it the way it is sooooo
I guess I lose.

Love the SCG!

Frog, great car. I love the coupe. Which engine/tranny combo are you sporting?

Doh. 454 and gray? Sweet, but in love with the coupe. Shoot me a PM about what you're thinking for price and torture me with a tough decision.

Oh yeah. I'm an idiot, I just looked closer and could see the 454 tag. Sweet.
